How often should Gold Coast gutters be cleaned?
At least twice a year for most homes: once before storm season starts in November, and once after the autumn leaf drop around May. If you have gum trees or pines overhanging the roof, three or four visits a year is more realistic, because fine needles pack down and block downpipes faster than broad leaves.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. For most single-storey homes we can give you a firm price over the phone from the roofline and gutter length. For commercial sites, multi-storey work or anything needing height access, we look at the property first so the price you get is the price you pay.
Are you insured, and do you work at height?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and work to height-safety requirements on every job, including elevated work platforms for commercial and hard-to-reach roofs. Gutter work is the most common cause of serious ladder injuries in Australia, which is exactly why it is worth handing to an insured crew.
Can you combine services in one visit?
Yes, and it usually works out cheaper. Gutter cleaning pairs naturally with gutter guard installation, solar panel cleaning and bird proofing, because we are already set up safely on the roof. Pressure cleaning the driveway or paths on the same visit saves a second call-out too.
